Public Speaking Anxiety of University Students in EFL Context

<p>Public speaking anxiety poses great challenges to developing these skills. It is estimated that approximately 15% 30% of the general population suffer from public anxiety, which most common type social phobia. Excessive can lead enormous stress and frustration, impaired speech performance, further avoidance situations require making presentations, especially for students. This study aims investigate level factors mostly occurred among university students in speaking. The researchers used a questionnaire Public Speaking Anxiety (PSA) by Noorrachima (2020) made senior English Department as respondents this research. result showed PSA seniors ELEP UB high sense factor highest chosen triggers their anxiety.</p>
